They never accepted their mistake that they have given wrong sizes in their size chart, their 41 is so small almost 36, they wanted me to waste my money and send them back the shoes and they they might refund me without paying me the courier fee. They have no regards for their customers, they just lost 3 customers for life, cause me and my family bought from them but never again.
