1. On SALE Product delivery charges apply.
2. Delivery takes 5-7 business days or less.
3. No orders are dispatched on weekends or on gazetted holidays.
4. Product images shown on website are as accurate as photographic processing allows,
hence, SUSEN is not responsible for any slight color or design variations in the original
merchandise.
5. Any amendments must be suggested within 24 hours of order receipt. If not done so, the
changes once reviewed may be subject to additional charges.
6. Any purchases made online must be returned in 14 days from the day of delivery.
7. Returned products must be in the same packaging as that in which you received it.
8. You’ll be refunded only after complete examination of the return made, the refund
however, will be made within 30 calendar days from the day you notified us of your
withdrawal, through the same payment method as that of purchase.
9. Returned merchandise which is not in the original condition or had been used beyond
mere opening will not be exchanged or refunded.
